If you are not happy with your order, please e-mail us first to discuss exchanging or returning your item(s) at cka2.clothingco@outlook.com

Returns & Exchanges 
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange, unless under exceptional circumstances which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. While we rely on your integrity, there are ways to tell if the garment has been worn or washed.

If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), contact us at cka2.clothingco@outlook.com with the following information: 
• Your order number
• Reason for return

You must email us to let us know the parcel is on its way.

Please note that we are not legally bound to return an item due to change of mind. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Renumeration for returns will be issued in the form of a refund or credit for the same amount as your order, less shipping.

Once we receive the item back for exchange, we will ship out the new item to you, or if the item is to be returned without exchange, a credit voucher for the same amount less shipping will be emailed to you to use for your next purchase at CKA2 Clothing Co, valid for 12 months.

Gift cards and personalised items are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require your order number, a receipt, or proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless in event of major failure or incorrect item sent.



Defective Products


We take quality control very seriously. In the incredibly rare event of defective product(s), contact us at cka2.clothingco@outlook.com and further instructions will be given. The item must be sent to CKA2 Clothing Co with tracking. Upon inspection we will confirm whether the product is defective. If we agree that the item is faulty, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed, and a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We will only accept items being returned with a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but tracking will allow us to follow this up if applicable. We will work with you to ensure the best outcome for you.
